SPARK support

Help with your SPARK account, signing in, and the AI tutor. If you cannot find what you need here, email us and a person on our help desk will reply.

Contact us

Email support@learn.sparkcourses.org. We reply by email. To help us answer quickly, include:

  • the email address you use to sign in to SPARK;
  • your device (for example iPhone, Android phone, or a web browser);
  • the app version, if you use the app (Settings shows it);
  • what you were doing and what happened.

Signing in

SPARK does not use passwords. Enter your email address and we send you a one-time code. Enter that code to sign in.

If the code does not arrive:

  • check your spam or junk folder;
  • make sure the email address is spelled correctly;
  • wait a minute, then request a new code (codes expire, so use the newest one);
  • school and work email systems sometimes filter codes; try again later or ask your IT team to allow mail from SPARK.

Still stuck? Email support@learn.sparkcourses.org from the address you sign in with.

Who can use SPARK

SPARK is for people aged 13 and older. Anyone under 13 cannot create an account.

Delete your account

  • In the app: open Settings, then Delete account.
  • On the website: open Settings, then Privacy, then Delete account.

Your account is turned off right away and you have 30 days to change your mind. After 30 days the deletion is permanent. Read the details on the Account and Data Deletion page.

The AI tutor

The AI tutor can make mistakes, so check important answers. If a response is wrong or not appropriate, use the Report option on that message to tell us.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, United States) any time.
